Return Policy

At Nicole’s Boutique and care, LLC, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging (if applicable).
  • Sale items are non-refundable but may be returned for store credit (excluding delivery fees).
  • Returns are not accepted for wrong-size purchases. Please refer to our [Size Guide] before ordering. If you need assistance, contact us before placing your order.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Gift cards, undergarments, swimwear, and other personal items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

How to Make a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact us at service@shawnta-3581myshopify.com and follow the instructions provided.
  2. Package Your Items: Place the items in the original packaging (if possible).
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Use the prepaid return label provided after your request is approved.
    • If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, we will provide you with the return address upon request. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving your return.
  • Store credit will be issued immediately once the return is approved.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are only eligible for store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at service@shawnta-3581myshopify.com within 7 days of delivery.
